Chocolate Glaze for Chocolate Cake

While the chocolate cake is the star of the show, it is not complete without a chocolate glaze made with sweetened condensed milk.

  • Combine sweetened condensed milk and chocolate chips – do this in a small sauce pan over medium low heat.
  • Simmer – on low until the chocolate is melted and the glaze is smooth.
  • Pour – the glaze over the chocolate cake while it’s still warm.

To take the chocolate glaze to a whole other level, melt white chocolate chips and drizzle on top of the chocolate glaze.
