I feel like it was just Christmas, and I blinked my eyes, and now it’s already Easter! Where does the time go? I am certain that some of you CCC (that’s CenterCutCook) fans have likely had your Easter menu planned for a long, looong time. If so, this is not for you. Click the “X”, have a great Easter, and I’ll see ya back here on Monday! For the rest of you that need some last minute Easter Dinner ideas, don’t worry,I’ve got your back! :)
Below you are going to find a rather large collage consisting of some ideas to help you prepare for your Easter dinner. I’ve got everything from appetizers, bread, a couple main entree ideas, along with potatoes, veggies, and desserts! Growing up, we traditionally had ham on Easter, however, I know that not everybody takes that route so I included two non-ham options including a beautiful roast chicken that tastes just as good as it looks. I also included a recipe for Chicken Cordon Bleu Rollups. These guys are crowd pleasers, let me tell you! They’re stuffed with ham, cheese, and the creamy cheesy sauce that gets drizzled on top is phenomenal!
For dessert there are so many lovely temptations like Chocolate Lasagna and Double Chocolate Brownie Cake. If you wanted to make them more appropriate for Easter, you could easily add pretty pastel sprinkles to either of these desserts. And don’t forget the cake balls! I am always asked to bring these to family parties, and they are so easy to adapt for any holiday by adding the appropriate color sprinkles.
